About Me

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. I received my Master's degree in psychology and my Doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland - College Park, after completing a clinical internship at the UCSD/VA San Diego.  I joined the Green Lab at UCLA in 2014 with the support of the VA's Advanced Fellowship in Mental Illness Research and Treatment (MIRECC), and I transferred within my MIRECC fellowship to the Brain Imaging and EEG Lab at UCSF/San Francisco VA in 2016.

Research Statement

My doctoral research focused on understanding emotion, cognition, and motivation in schizophrenia using behavioral and neurophysiological measures. My postdoctoral work expands upon this line of research and includes the investigation of factors that contribute functional impairment in people at clinical high risk for developing psychosis.
